Alisa is a Tulsa-born author of dark fantasy romance. She won a santouku for the best knife skills in her culinary class, has been a theater stage manager, film extra, worked for an indie soap company, and lived/worked on a vineyard.
Her favorite author is Billy Martin (formerly Poppy Z. Brite), with whom she shares a birthday.
She lives in Oklahoma with her partner and fur goblin.
