Aia is a Tulsa-born ghoul and author of dark, twisted tales. After escaping the cult in which they were raised, and which nearly ended their life, Aia began writing to process trauma.
They won a santouku for the best knife skills in their culinary class, have been a theater stage manager, film extra, worked for an indie soap company, and lived/worked on a vineyard.
In their spare time, Aia watches gritty international dramas, searches for books that meet their selective tastes, and collects media for art projects that rarely come to fruition.
They share a birthday with author Billy Martin (A.K.A. Poppy Z. Brite).
Aia plans to one day escape Oklahoma with their partner and fur goblin.
